Resilience is becoming cliché. They tell about it in interviews and write on their resumés. But what is the true definition of resilience?

There’s just one way to achieve excellence according to Aristotle.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

Resilience isn’t something you did one day and suddenly you incorporated it.

Resilience is in doing every day what we have to do. Waking up early. Going to the gym. Staying healthy while working. Studying, doing, practicing to become the best version of ourselves daily. Resilience is a habit.
